Are you a reliable, energetic individual with excellent knowledge of the Petaling Jaya and Klang Valley road networks? We are currently seeking a dedicated Dispatch Rider to join our team to ensure the smooth, efficient, and timely delivery of documents and parcels.
As a key member of our logistics operation, you will act as the face of our company, representing our commitment to professionalism and reliability. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, possesses a clean driving record, and is comfortable navigating the bustling traffic of Petaling Jaya. If you are organized, punctual, and looking for a stable full-time role, we want to hear from you!
Tanggung Jawab
- Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and office supplies promptly to designated locations.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency throughout the day.
- Maintain company vehicle/motorcycle in good working condition and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Ensure all delivery logs, proof of delivery documents, and courier paperwork are accurately updated.
- Communicate effectively with office staff and clients regarding delivery status and arrival times.
- Handle parcels and documents with care, ensuring zero damage during transit.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid motorcycle license (B2 or B license) with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of Petaling Jaya and surrounding Selangor areas.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina to endure long hours on the road in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze).
- Good communication skills in Malay or English.
- Own motorcycle is an advantage (fuel/maintenance allowance provided).
