Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and prioritize incoming service requests and dispatch tickets efficiently.
- Assist customers with sales inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services.
- Coordinate with internal teams and drivers to ensure timely service delivery and accurate scheduling.
- Document all customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalations professionally and promptly.
- Monitor dispatch performance and report any operational issues to the team lead.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve dispatch processes and customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or dispatch role is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible nightshift schedules (Rotating schedules).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer applications and CRM software.
- Must be willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
