Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily transport schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and field personnel regarding routes and task updates.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all dispatch operations.
- Address and troubleshoot logistical bottlenecks or delivery delays in real-time.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and government transport regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on fleet performance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize supply chain workflow.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
- Proven experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and communication devices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Must be based in or willing to work in San Juan City, Metro Manila.
