Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and transportation schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Utilize real-time tracking software to maintain constant visibility of the fleet.
- Communicate effectively with drivers to troubleshoot route delays, traffic issues, or mechanical concerns.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all dispatches and delivery statuses.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and government transportation regulations.
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to optimize load distribution and route efficiency.
- Provide prompt assistance to customers regarding shipment tracking and status inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, dispatching, or a related field.
- Strong geographic knowledge of Metro Manila and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in logistics software and basic computer applications (MS Office).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Completed at least 2 years of college or a Vocational Diploma in a relevant field.
