Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers and vehicles for daily delivery operations
- Monitor real-time GPS tracking to ensure timely arrivals and route efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch logs, deliveries, and incident reports
- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams regarding shipment status
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize fuel consumption and transit times
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues promptly
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to synchronize loading schedules
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification preferred
- 1-2 years experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or transportation
- Proficiency with GPS tracking systems and dispatch software
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of Metro Manila road networks and traffic patterns
