Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and schedule field operations or service deliveries to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Monitor active workflows and proactively address any bottlenecks or disruptions.
- Communicate effectively with field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to manage expectations.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all dispatches and service requests.
- Troubleshoot real-time issues, providing rapid solutions to maintain service level agreements (SLAs).
- Utilize dispatch software and internal tools to track performance and data accuracy.
- Prepare daily or weekly operational reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in dispatching, call center operations, or logistics coordination.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and CRM/Dispatching software.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
