Logistics Cargo Forwarders & Brokerage Corporation is seeking a dedicated Dispatcher / Coordinator to join our fast-paced operations team in Laguna Technopark. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between our company and our fleet of truckers, ensuring that goods are moved efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
We are looking for a natural communicator who thrives under pressure and can maintain a strong presence when negotiating and coordinating with drivers. If you have a solid academic background and the drive to excel in the logistics industry, we want to hear from you. You will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless cargo flow and exceptional service delivery to our clients.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily dispatch schedules and assign shipments to the appropriate transport fleet.
- Maintain clear, assertive, and professional communication with truckers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively address any delays or transit issues.
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle movements, driver schedules, and cargo status updates.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and brokerage teams to ensure proper loading and documentation.
- Resolve transport-related operational conflicts and handle driver inquiries effectively.
- Ensure all logistics operations comply with company safety and operational policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to command respect and communicate firmly with transport personnel.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and handle multiple dispatch tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Email, and internal logistics software).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment.
- Ability to work on a full-time basis in Laguna Technopark.
