Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and dispatch field technical teams to project sites effectively.
- Monitor network status and respond promptly to technical alerts or service requests.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication between field engineers, project managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Log and document all dispatched activities, service tickets, and field reports into the management system.
- Manage logistical requirements for equipment deployment and site maintenance schedules.
- Handle emergency response calls and prioritize urgent network repairs efficiently.
- Prepare regular operational reports on team performance and network uptime.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or operational technical support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and telecommunications monitoring software.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift pattern (if required) and stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced technical environment.
