As a Dispute Analysis Specialist, you will oversee end-to-end management processes within our dispute analysis department. You will utilize your analytical acumen to investigate discrepancies, navigate complex banking regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate financial risk. Tanggung Jawab

  • Analyze and investigate complex transaction disputes in accordance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Conduct thorough research on customer claims to determine the validity of dispute cases.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather necessary evidence and documentation.
  • Ensure all dispute resolution processes comply with SLA requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all investigations and outcomes in the internal tracking system.
  • Propose process improvements to minimize future dispute occurrences and enhance operational workflow.
  • Provide detailed reports to management regarding dispute trends and potential risk areas.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in dispute resolution, fraud analysis, or banking operations.
  • Strong understanding of card scheme rules (Visa/Mastercard) and Indonesian banking regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and banking software systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-priority cases simultaneously.
