Kualifikasi
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- Extensive expertise in plasma physics and dry etch processes for semiconductor manufacturing
- Strong background in materials science with focus on semiconductor materials and processes
- Proven experience in implementing AI and machine learning solutions in manufacturing processes
- Demonstrated leadership in technical roles with ability to guide and mentor engineering teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to address complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Knowledge of NAND flash memory architecture and manufacturing processes
