Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and drive advanced lithography process development strategies for next-generation memory technology nodes.
- Provide expert-level technical leadership and mentorship to junior and senior engineers within the process development organization.
- Collaborate with global R&D and manufacturing sites to accelerate the transfer of new lithographic technologies to high-volume production.
- Drive continuous improvement in pattern fidelity, overlay performance, and cost-of-ownership metrics.
- Engage with equipment vendors to influence the roadmap for future lithography platforms and materials.
- Solve complex, cross-disciplinary technical challenges related to process integration and design-for-manufacturing (DFM).
- Publish internal whitepapers and hold patents that advance Micron's intellectual property portfolio.
Kualifikasi
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of direct, hands-on experience in semiconductor lithography process development.
- Proven track record of technical innovation as evidenced by patents, technical publications, or industry-recognized breakthroughs.
- Expertise in extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography and advanced patterning techniques (SAQP, SADP).
- Strong proficiency in lithographic simulation software and data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Klarity, PROLITH).
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and external technology partners.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills suitable for executive-level technical reporting.
