Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of wet process flows for NAND flash memory manufacturing.
- Drive yield improvement initiatives by identifying root causes of process variability and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with equipment vendors and internal teams to qualify new tools and technologies.
- Mentor a team of engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop and validate advanced process control (APC) strategies to ensure robust manufacturing operations.
- Analyze complex data sets to drive process understanding and reduce cycle times.
- Propose and implement process modifications to enhance device performance and reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in semiconductor process development, specifically in wet etch, cleaning, or chemical mechanical planarization (CMP).
- Deep understanding of semiconductor device physics and process integration for NAND flash memory.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects and driving process innovations from concept to production.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex engineering issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical data to senior management and cross-functional groups.
