Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inventory levels through systematic stock counting and cycle counting procedures
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized storage areas to optimize space utilization and accessibility
- Process incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders for completeness
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure seamless logistics operations
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not essential
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn WMS and inventory software
- Physical capability to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy in stock handling
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration and reporting
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Problem-solving skills for addressing operational challenges
