Universal Robina Corporation (URC), a leading food conglomerate in the Philippines, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Center Coordinator to join our team in Cagayan de Oro. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between our manufacturing operations and our supply chain logistics, ensuring that products are delivered accurately and efficiently to our retail partners.
As a Distribution Center Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our distribution facility. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring that all safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the distribution center to ensure efficient workflow and order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile stock discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
- Coordinate with transport providers to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely shipment of goods.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety regulations.
- Manage documentation related to shipping, receiving, and inventory logs.
- Collaborate with the planning team to optimize warehouse space and improve logistics processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar coordination role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
