Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment processes
- Manage replenishment workflows for regular items to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and performance standards
- Implement inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and maximize accuracy
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory with demand forecasts
- Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and implement process improvements
- Conduct regular warehouse audits and ensure compliance with company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse/distribution center operations
- Proven leadership experience with team management responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and WMS systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as needed
