Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution activities
- Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff through performance coaching and training
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accuracy and minimize losses
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and retail store teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Analyze operational metrics to identify efficiency improvements
- Develop and maintain distribution schedules to meet business demands
- Manage budgetary controls for warehouse operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse/distribution management
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems (WMS/ERP)
- Experience in retail or FMCG distribution preferred
- Certified in Supply Chain Management (CSCP/CLTD) advantageous
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
