- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping processes
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA-compliant work environments
- Train, motivate, and manage warehouse staff to optimize performance and productivity
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and implement corrective actions
- Develop process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Generate performance reports on KPIs including productivity, safety, and inventory accuracy
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and ensure proper utilization of resources
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years warehouse operations experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop and motivate teams
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and warehouse best practices
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
