Quanta Paper Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Center Supervisor to lead our operations in Tacloban City. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation of inventory records.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing training, performance feedback, and scheduling to maximize productivity.
- Coordinate with transportation providers and drivers to optimize delivery routes and schedules, ensuring timely customer fulfillment.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards to maintain a hazard-free working environment and meet regulatory requirements.
- Monitor operational costs, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures to improve profit margins.
- Resolve operational issues and communicate any delays or bottlenecks to management promptly to ensure business continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or distribution operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory control systems, supply chain processes, and warehouse management principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license is an added advantage.
