Quanta Paper Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations in Bacolod City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of goods, maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, and managing a team of warehouse professionals. As the Distribution Center Supervisor, you will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain processes. You will manage daily shift operations, coordinate with logistics teams, and implement safety protocols to create a secure working environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of paper products.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, conducting performance reviews and providing training.
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Coordinate with transportation vendors to guarantee timely delivery to retail stores and customers.
- Enforce strict safety and compliance regulations to maintain a OSHA-standard workplace.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and increase efficiency.
- Manage stock levels, ensuring we have adequate inventory to meet demand without overstocking.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically capable of performing duties that may involve standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid forklift certification is a strong plus.
