PT Bintang Suryasindo is currently seeking a meticulous and highly organized Distribution Operation and Finance Tax Officer to join our team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, bridging the gap between logistics, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing distribution workflows, conducting deep-dive analysis into Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and ensuring that our fiscal practices align with Indonesian tax regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end distribution operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Prepare and analyze monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports to monitor financial performance.
- Oversee tax calculation, reporting, and documentation to ensure 100% compliance with local tax laws.
- Monitor operational data integrity and identify areas for cost reduction or efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to reconcile inventory records with financial accounts.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for financial audits and regulatory reporting.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and documentation for all operational expenditures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or distribution operations.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and experience with ERP/Accounting software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly financial closing deadlines.
