As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our nationwide store network is perfectly stocked to meet customer demand.
In this role, you will analyze complex data to forecast inventory requirements, monitor supply levels, and optimize distribution routes to improve efficiency. You will act as the bridge between procurement, warehouse operations, and our retail branches, ensuring seamless product flow. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasting models to ensure optimal stock levels across all nationwide branches.
- Monitor supply chain performance and track inventory movement to identify and address potential stock-out or overstock scenarios.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to schedule timely replenishment of stocks based on retail sales data.
- Analyze distribution costs and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and delivery lead times.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on inventory health, distribution bottlenecks, and supply chain KPIs for management review.
- Collaborate with store operations teams to understand regional demand patterns and adjust distribution plans accordingly.
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain to enhance overall operational productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in distribution planning, inventory management, or supply chain analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and supply chain software/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively liaise with various departments and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and make data-backed decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, and nationwide distribution networks.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
