- Develop and execute comprehensive distribution strategies to maximize market coverage and sales penetration
- Lead, mentor, and manage a nationwide team of sales professionals and distribution partners
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key distributors, retailers, and wholesalers
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform business decisions
- Set achievable sales targets and monitor performance through KPI tracking and reporting
- Optimize supply chain logistics and inventory management for efficient distribution
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales initiatives with company goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 10+ years in sales/distribution with 5+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in consumer goods or FMCG
- Extensive network of distribution partners across Indonesian markets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial reports
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
