Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly distribution targets.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure peak performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities within Aklan.
- Manage inventory levels and logistics coordination to ensure seamless product distribution.
- Conduct regular field visits to evaluate store performance, merchandise placement, and service levels.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management.
- Address and resolve client concerns or distribution challenges promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales supervision or distribution management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire field-based teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and data-driven reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Residency in or willingness to be based in Numancia, Aklan.
- Valid driver’s license is highly preferred.
