Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate daily distribution schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods across the CAMANAVA area.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock accuracy and readiness for dispatch.
- Liaise with logistics partners and delivery drivers to resolve any transit or distribution bottlenecks.
- Maintain precise documentation of all outgoing shipments and delivery manifests.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure compliance with company standards and food safety regulations.
- Analyze delivery performance metrics to identify opportunities for route optimization and cost reduction.
- Provide prompt support and communication to internal stakeholders regarding distribution status updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of the CAMANAVA geographic area and efficient transport routing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on operational excellence.
