Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets to ensure consistent product availability.
- Monitor and optimize stock levels at the distributor and retail level to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Execute effective merchandising and product display strategies to maximize shelf impact.
- Conduct regular outlet visits to provide product education and training to store staff.
- Perform in-depth market analysis and competitor monitoring to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales performance reports for management review.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consistent territory management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in sales, distribution, or FMCG retail is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle for field mobility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with store owners.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset to handle sales data and inventory.
- Target-driven and capable of working effectively under minimal supervision.
- Excellent knowledge of the Tegal area and local market landscape.
