You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are not only available on the shelves but also top-of-mind for our customers through effective education and engagement.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail outlets to ensure consistent product availability.
  • Monitor and optimize stock levels at the distributor and retail level to prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • Execute effective merchandising and product display strategies to maximize shelf impact.
  • Conduct regular outlet visits to provide product education and training to store staff.
  • Perform in-depth market analysis and competitor monitoring to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales performance reports for management review.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consistent territory management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in sales, distribution, or FMCG retail is highly preferred.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle for field mobility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with store owners.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset to handle sales data and inventory.
  • Target-driven and capable of working effectively under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Tegal area and local market landscape.
