Staffinc Group is currently seeking a highly motivated Distributor Sales Executive to join our team in Brebes, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving sales performance, strengthening relationships with retail partners, and ensuring our products are perfectly positioned in the market.

We are looking for someone who excels at field operations and is passionate about market growth. As a Distributor Sales Executive, you will manage end-to-end distribution processes, ensure optimal product display, and provide critical market insights to help us stay ahead of the competition. If you have a knack for building rapport with outlet owners and a data-driven approach to sales, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential retail outlets to ensure brand loyalty.
  • Execute effective product display strategies to maximize shelf visibility and consumer appeal.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels at the outlet level to prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • Conduct regular outlet visits to provide education and training on product features to store staff.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on daily sales performance and distribution metrics.
  • Ensure all distribution targets and KPIs are met consistently within the assigned territory.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in FMCG, retail sales, or field distribution is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with various outlet stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using basic sales reporting tools and mobile applications for data entry.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Deep understanding of the local market landscape in the Brebes region.
  • Must possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a personal motorcycle.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
