Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors in the Semarang and Jawa Tengah region
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors to ensure long-term partnerships
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to maximize product distribution and market penetration
- Provide comprehensive product training and sales support to distributor teams
- Monitor distributor performance and sales metrics, providing regular reports to management
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns for distributors
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with distributors or between distribution channels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in distributor sales or channel management
- Strong network of contacts in the retail and distribution industry in Jawa Tengah
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple distributor relationships simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
