Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong distributor relationships to ensure consistent product availability and market coverage
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and growth areas
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for consumer products distribution
- Conduct regular distributor training sessions on product features and sales techniques
- Monitor distributor performance and provide actionable feedback to improve sales outcomes
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop localized promotions for distributor networks
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for regional management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in distributor sales or channel management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in consumer goods/retail sector
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel within Kabupaten Pekalongan region
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
