- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts in the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence through distributor networks
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products to distributors
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Provide distributors with product knowledge, sales tools, and support to ensure successful product launches
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in sales, preferably with distributor or channel sales experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus
