As a Distributor Sales Executive, you will manage, grow, and optimize your assigned territory, driving business growth while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase product distribution within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with distributors and retail partners.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock levels, product visibility, and competitive activity.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the Rembang area.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and distributor feedback to management.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product delivery and optimal stock rotation.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in FMCG or distribution environments.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent understanding of the local market dynamics in Rembang, Jawa Tengah.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite for reporting and data management.
