Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison products and services through distributor networks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retailers
- Execute daily sales activities and achieve monthly sales targets
- Collect and deposit daily sales proceeds as required
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Provide product training and support to distribution partners
- Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of sales experience in telecommunications or FMCG
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Basic financial literacy for daily deposit management
- Resident of Batang or willingness to relocate
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
