Pros Marketing is looking for a dynamic Distributor Sales Information Personnel to join our team in San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija. In this role, you will act as the backbone of our sales operations, transforming raw data into actionable market insights that drive business growth.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing distributor performance metrics, tracking inventory flows, and providing administrative support that empowers our field sales team to make smarter, data-backed decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze daily distributor sales reports to identify performance trends and growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases regarding product distribution, stock levels, and regional sales performance.
- Collaborate with field sales representatives to provide essential market insights and territory reports.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly sales analysis reports for management review.
- Ensure seamless communication between the company and our distribution partners to resolve operational discrepancies.
- Assist in the implementation of sales programs and provide administrative support for trade marketing activities.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation to ensure alignment between warehouse records and distributor sales data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, data management, or distributor support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data visualization).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino, capable of coordinating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Deep understanding of distribution networks and general trade operations is highly preferred.
