- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers in assigned territories
- Ensure optimal product availability and inventory management through distributor networks
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights
- Facilitate product training and promotional activities with distributor partners
- Prepare and submit comprehensive sales performance reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve distribution and delivery challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in distributor sales or channel management
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in sales reporting tools and MS Office applications
- Deep understanding of local market dynamics in Bulacan region
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative team dynamics
