As a Distributor Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by managing and nurturing relationships with key distributors. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, executing sales strategies, and ensuring our products reach the right partners efficiently. With a competitive salary package of RM 3,000 – RM 4,500 per month, we offer a platform for professional growth and development in the trading industry.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand and manage the distributor network effectively.
- Identify, acquire, and on-board new business partners and distributors within the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and distributors through regular communication and support.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotional activities align with sales goals.
- Provide training and guidance to distributors to enhance their product knowledge and sales performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification, with a Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, distribution, or executive sales roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is a plus.
