- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners in the Bicol Region
- Drive sales growth for oils and lubricants products through targeted market penetration strategies
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maximizing market share
- Provide comprehensive product training and technical support to distribution partners
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and performance metrics

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in automotive or lubricants industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with distributor networks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for field visits
