In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our distribution partners, ensuring that our products reach the market efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the local retail landscape, including Modern Trade (MT) and Local Key Accounts (LKA). You will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing inventory levels within your territory, and building strong, lasting relationships with distributors to ensure our competitive edge in the market.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets within the assigned territory.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing distributors to ensure optimal product availability and shelf presence.
- Oversee MT (Modern Trade) and LKA (Local Key Account) operations, ensuring compliance with company merchandising standards.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify growth opportunities and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather actionable insights.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory replenishment.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Distributor Specialist, or Account Manager (FMCG experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Modern Trade (MT) and Local Key Account (LKA) business processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Willingness to conduct extensive fieldwork within Roxas City and surrounding areas.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and sales target achievement.
