- Lead, direct, and motivate the sales team to achieve regional and corporate sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for distributor networks in Region 4 & 5
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and channel partners
- Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities in the Bicol Region
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Train and coach sales team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Ensure compliance with company policies and distributor agreements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience in distribution or FMCG
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of the Bicol Region market dynamics
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
