Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of all distributor accounts within the assigned region.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor sales metrics and provide constructive feedback to distributors to drive improvement.
- Train and coach distributor personnel on product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand standards.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategies to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with management to forecast sales and manage inventory distribution effectively.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, distribution supervision, or FMCG industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading teams.
