- Manage and expand distributor network across CALABARZON region
- Promote and sell company products to assigned accounts and distributors
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distributors
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective distributor management
- Provide product training and ongoing support to distributors
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare and submit sales performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years sales or distributor management experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of CALABARZON market preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Target-driven with proven sales achievements
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Valid driver's license for local travel
