Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts in the CALABARZON region
- Actively promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and growth areas
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on market trends and customer feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient product distribution and inventory management
- Train distributors on product features and sales techniques to maximize effectiveness
- Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, distribution, or account management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the CALABARZON market and distribution channels
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the CALABARZON region
