Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee implementation of STEM education programs across assigned districts
- Coordinate with schools, teachers, and community stakeholders for program integration
- Monitor project progress and evaluate educational outcomes against KPIs
- Develop training materials and workshops for educators on STEM methodologies
- Liaise between field teams and central project management for strategic alignment
- Prepare regular progress reports and impact assessments
- Identify community needs and adapt program strategies accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in project coordination or education program management
- Strong stakeholder engagement and community mobilization skills
- Experience in curriculum development or educational program implementation
- Proficiency in monitoring and evaluation frameworks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in multicultural environments with cultural sensitivity
