Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed district-level targets for group health, pension, severance, and savings products.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive high performance and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers in the Jakarta Raya area.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and product positioning.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and sales forecasting to ensure team accountability.
  • Collaborate with product and underwriting teams to customize solutions that meet client needs effectively.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for regional leadership and stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the financial services, insurance, or employee benefits industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and leading teams to success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of group insurance products, group medical schemes, and corporate pension plans.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
