As the District Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, and building strong relationships with key clients. Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of sales management experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Deep understanding of the Mindanao market.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Mindanao.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
