- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales executives to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years sales experience with 2+ years in leadership/management role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Deep understanding of Jakarta's commercial landscape and consumer behavior
