Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze district sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and sales, to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
- Manage and maintain sales reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission of reports to senior management.
- Support district managers in budget preparation, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with operational teams to resolve customer service issues and optimize supply chain workflows.
- Implement and monitor operational best practices to enhance overall district efficiency.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members regarding operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, logistics, or a similar support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
