JSK Mantanani Island Resort, located on the pristine shores of Mantanani Island in the Sabah region of Malaysia, is seeking an experienced and passionate Dive Master (Scuba Instructor) to join our dynamic water‑sports team. As a Dive Master, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional diving experiences for guests of all skill levels, ensuring safety, education, and enjoyment under the azure waters of the South China Sea.
You will be responsible for leading guided dive tours, conducting safety briefings, overseeing equipment checks, and providing constructive feedback to certify divers. Working closely with our resort’s guest services and marine‑conservation team, you will help maintain high standards for environmental stewardship and guest satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily scuba diving excursions for resort guests, ensuring adherence to PADI safety standards.
- Conduct pre‑dive briefings, equipment checks, and post‑dive debriefs to reinforce safe diving practices.
- Maintain, inspect, and repair dive gear, tanks, and compressors to keep equipment in optimal condition.
- Assist in the training and certification of new divers, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Collaborate with the guest services and marine‑conservation teams to promote environmental awareness and guest satisfaction.
- Manage dive scheduling, reservations, and inventory records in a timely and accurate manner.
Kualifikasi
- Valid PADI Divemaster certification (or equivalent) from a recognized scuba agency.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of professional dive‑lead experience in a resort or open‑water setting.
- Strong swimming ability and excellent physical fitness for working in tropical marine environments.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse guests and colleagues.
- Basic computer proficiency for scheduling, reporting, and record‑keeping.
- First‑aid and CPR certifications are highly advantageous.
