Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in securities trading
- Build and maintain high-value relationships with institutional and retail clients

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in securities sales or financial services
- Valid Capital Market Analyst (SA) certification preferred
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Deep understanding of Indonesian capital markets and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with high emotional intelligence
