In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing our sales strategy and driving revenue growth within the Intelligent Automotive Mobility (IAM) market. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, managing the entire sales lifecycle from initial lead generation to contract closure. Your expertise in negotiation and customer relationship management will be crucial in maintaining our market position and expanding our client base.

We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of sales processes. As a key member of our sales team, you will conduct regular customer visits, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

  • Conduct frequent and strategic customer visits to maintain and strengthen existing business relationships.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure favorable business deals with minimal friction.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualification, and closing opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IAM sector to drive market expansion.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, technical support) to support client solutions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with 2-5 years of experience in the automotive or technology industry preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a complex sales pipeline and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions and performance.
  • Willingness to travel within Kuala Lumpur and surrounding regions to meet clients.
  • Passion for automotive technology and intelligent mobility solutions.
