- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth in outsourcing services
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new B2B client relationships across target industries
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats
- Establish KPIs and monitor sales performance through CRM systems and reporting tools
- Collaborate with product teams to align sales approaches with service offerings
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to build brand presence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive sales experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B outsourcing or services sector
- Expertise in sales pipeline development, CRM implementation, and sales forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and trends
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in sales automation tools
