- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the outsourcing business unit
- Identify and build a strong pipeline of new B2B clients through market research and networking

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
